As a passionate advocate for men's mental health, Joe has served as a panelist at the National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM), contributing to critical conversations on this important issue. His promotional support for NMAAM's 50 years of hip hop celebration further highlights his dedication to cultural preservation and promotion.
In 2020, Joe organized one of Nashville's largest Juneteenth celebrations, demonstrating exceptional event planning and community-building skills. His partnership with Red Bull to support independent artists, along with creating a unique web series centered around relationships, showcases his innovative approach to content creation and support for emerging talent.
Working with over 50 small businesses, Joe has significantly increased brand awareness and visibility. His role as a creative consultant to independent artists has led to numerous successes, including a notable photo feature in the Frist Art Museum and a digital feature in Ebony Magazine.
An accomplished interviewer, Joe has engaged with notable figures such as Eric Bellinger, Tink, Beanie Sigel, and Mr. Talk Box. His design expertise is evident in the creation of apparel for 101.1 The Beat over the past six years.
As a brand ambassador for Sovereign Brands' Villon, Joe has expanded his influence in the branding and marketing world. Joe’s community-focused efforts include organizing city-wide coat drives with Hyatt Hotels and collaborating with Hollywood production company Black Tree TV to host and promote pre-screening events for major films.
In partnership with iHeart Radio, Joe has co-organized and hosted back-to-school events, and as a host for the Metro Action Commission youth summit, they have inspired over 2,000 students. Joe’s dedication to empowering the Black community is evident in his role as a host for Amazon-based community events.
